I have been away from my blog working on a house in Los Angeles. I am now back and ready to do some cooking and restaurant reviews.

T: LA, CA, United States; A Single Guy who likes to Cook and EAT with a career in Residential Construction..... I have decided to start this blog to share with you some of my Recipes along with Dining, Entertainment, and Construction Experiences. After years of traveling and being in the residential construction business I have decided to settle in the LA area where I have just finished a house remodel in the Hollywood Hills,(more on that later) the new kitchen I put in has encouraged me to start cooking again. Oh yes, I forget to tell you, I was a Hairdresser for over 20 years and have had the privilege to be given some of the greatest receipts from my clients. So as you can see I have gone from blow dryer to hammer and have had a apron on the whole time. I like to experience new and exciting opportunities, so come on and let's EAT.... PS. If there is any great single guys out there with some of my interest, I'm still looking.. ENJOY!
