Went to my first Dodgers game last night, (I've only been here two years). The all meat hot dogs were a major hit with everyone, smother them in ketchup and mustard with a few onions and you have your own home run.
The stadium is cool It's 50 years old and in great shape, the game was exciting but the Dodgers lost to the Giants. I must say the Dodgers fans are very loyal to there team but do get a little carried away with hassling the other team. It happened all night and more than once were the San Fransisco fans escorted out of the stadium.
There was a special event were fans that wore red t-shirts all on the field formed a red ribbon for aids awareness called Stomp Out Aids. Only one problem they did it before the game and a lot of fans missed it (It's LA, traffic at 6 pm), It would have been more effective during the stretch. but anyways they did it and every little bit helps.....
I hope to make it back this season I have forgotten how much fun a good game is, maybe for the play offs, Lets hope. I guess when in LA be a LA fan but I still like my Detroit Tigers.........
