Spare Ribs
This is one of my favorite ways of making ribs since I don't have a grill, (yes, no grill). And even when I had one I still made them this way, so give them a try and if you want to use the grill you can at the end......
1 slab baby back ribs
white vinegar
garlic powder
onion powder
ground red pepper
salt
ground pepper
In a baking dish to fit ribs, lightly bath ribs in white vinegar and set aside. Make a rub of dry ingredients with equal amounts of red pepper, garlic, and onion. Apply rub to both sides of ribs and lightly salt and pepper, return to dish, cover and let sit in refrigerator for 4 hours or more, I prefer over night. Bake at 350 on a broiler pan covered for about 1 1/2 hours or until tender, uncover and brush both sides of ribs in your favorite sauce. Return to oven or hot grill for 15 mins. Slice and serve......
